Balikbayan boxes shall be packed up in the appropriate boxes. The measures of the box shall not be exceeded, so the box can not be beat out and that the flaps can be closed. If there is an enlargement of the measures of your box we will make an recalculation of the price to the real used loading space and will send you a bill accordingly.

Please don't use any cords, wires or metaltapes for closing the box. This will enlarge the measure of the box and also there is a danger of injuring for our staff during picking up, loading and delivery, which should not be underestimated.

There is no restriction for the weight of the boxes, but it must be possible to load them without machine help, means manualy. Please think in your own interest (danger of breaking) at the mentioned aspects.

On the boxes should be legible written the address of the sender and receiver on the surface and also on the broad- or frontside.

Customs regulations:

Following articles are not allowed to load in a Balikbayan box:

- Living animals and plants
- Means of payment and securities
- Petrol, varnish, spirits, sourness, batteries
- Illegal medicaments
- Weapons, ammunition and dynamite
- Chemicals and radioactive materials
- Commodity (quantities from 12 pieces a kind up)

To send your box through us, please fill out the contract and the packing list you received through our office or through your distributor. Balikbayan Pakete sind in den entsprechenden Kartonagen zu verpacken. Das Ausmaß der Box sollen dabei nicht überschritten werden, so daß die Box nicht ausbeult werden und die Laschen nicht geschlossen werden können. Bei entsprechender Vergrößerung der Ausmaße Ihrer Box behalten wir uns eine Angleichung des Preises an den tatsächlich genutzen Laderaum vor.

Bitte nutzen Sie zum Verschliessen der Box keine Schnüre, Drähte oder Metallbänder. Zum einen vergrößert dies die Ausmaße der Box und zum anderen besteht eine nicht zu unterschätzende Verletzungsgefahr für unser Personal bei Abholung, Verladung und Auslieferung.

Es besteht keine Gewichtsbegrenzung der Boxen, allerdings müssen diese ohne maschinelle Hilfe umgeladen werden können. Denken Sie im eigenen Interesse (Bruchgefahr) an entsprechende Aspekte.

Auf den Boxen soll auf der oberen Deckelfläche und auf einer Breit- oder Stirnseite je einmal der Absender und Empfänger mittels Filzschreiber möglichst gut leserlich geschrieben werden.

Zollregularien:

Folgende Waren dürfen nicht in einer Balikbayan Box verladen werden:

* Lebende Tiere und Pflanzen
* Zahlungsmittel und Wertpapiere
* Benzin, Lack, Spirituosen, Säuren, Batterien
* Illegale Medikamente
* Waffen und Munition sowie Sprengstoffe
* Chemikalien und radioaktives Material
* Handesware (Mengen ab 12 Stück einer Sorte)

Um Ihre Box zu versenden, füllen Sie bitte den Vertrag und die Packliste, welche Sie über unser Büro oder durch Ihren Verteiler erhalten, aus. Andernfalls können Sie auch den Vertrag zweifach und die Packliste vierfach ausdrucken und ausfüllen.
